1 ounce creme de bananes, One half ounce Cointreau orange liqueur, 1 dash bitters, 1 ounce light cream
Pour the creme de bananes, Cointreau, bitters and light cream into a cocktail shaker halffilled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
