2 ounce gin, One half ounce White Curacao liqueur, One half egg, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp orgeat syrup
Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker halffilled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
