2 ounce Skyy vodka, One half 1 ounce Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum, 6 8 ounce Schweppes club soda
Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes. Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled. Drop in. Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.
