Alcoholic Drink Applejack Collins recipe makes 1 Mixed Drink
2 ounce Applejack brandy, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice, One half tsp superfine sugar, 4 dashes orange bitters, soda water
Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker halffilled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a chilled collins glass. Top with soda water, to taste, and serve.
