1 One half ounce anejo rum, One half ounce Applejack brandy, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 ounce club soda, ice cubes
In a shaker halffilled with ice cubes, combine the rum, applejack, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into an oldfashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.
