1 ounce apple brandy, Three fourths ounce Cointreau orange liqueur, One half ounce fresh lemon juice
Pour the apple brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice into an oldfashioned (preferably chilled) glass halffilled with ice cubes. Stir well, and serve.
