1 Chicken, frying; cut up
2 Chilies; split
1 Onion, small; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Coriander seed, ground
1 tablespoon Caraway seed, ground
1 tablespoon Turmeric
Salt
2 tablespoon Tamarind juice
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 cup Coconut milk
Oil
Put chicken in a pan with all the ingredients except the oil. Bring to boil
then reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. or until liquid has been absorbed.
Heat oil and deep fry chicken until golden brown.
