Recipe - Airport Slaw

1 Head white cabbage
1 md Head red cabbage
2 lg Purple onions; cut or sliced up
into rings
1 Stalk celery; minced coarsley
1 Green apple; unpeeled, minced
1 Red apple; unpeeled, minced
1 Head cauliflower; separate
into flowerets & dice
2 lg Bell peppers; cut or sliced up
into rings
3 Limes; juice of (or lemons)
2 Bottles cole slaw dressing
One half teaspoon Celery seed
Salt & pepper to taste
Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in
refrigerator 424 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top
several times during chilling.
