Recipe - Aioli Sauce

2 Egg yolks
2 Cloves (medium) garlic;
peeled
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth cup Olive oil
Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender. Blend on low speed until
garlic is finely chopped, about 2 minutes. Blend in olive oil. Excellent on
fish.
