Recipe - Aioli

3 Egg yolks
6 Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Tabasco
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoon Boiling water
1. Mix yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend for
3 minutes.
2. Dribble oil in until it begins to thicken and is beginning to blend.
3. Add the rest of the oil.
4. Add in seasonings to taste.
5. Finish with boiling water and refrigerate immediately.
Notes: For this tasty, tangy Frenchstyle garlic mayonnaise, use only
topquality, extra virgin olive oil and freshsqueezed lemon juice.
