Recipe - After-The-Holidays Salad

2 cup Diced cooked turkey
1 cup Pineapple chunks well
Drained
1 cup Diced celery
One half cup Sliced greed onions
One fourth cup Dry roasted peanuts
1 cup Seedless green peppers
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Chopped chutney
1 tablespoon Lime juice
One half teaspoon Curry powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Lettuce leaves optional
In a mixing bowl, toss first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine all
remaining ingredients except lettuce. Pour over turkey and mix gently.
Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce, if desired. Yields: 4 servings.
The fruit, nuts and seasonings give the salad a unique flavor.
