Categories: Beverages, Chocolate, Holiday, Liqueurs, After-Dinner Chocolate
Ingredients:

2 cup Water
4 ounce Bittersweet chocolate or
semisweet; chopped
3 tablespoon Grand Marnier
One fourth cup Whipping cream
Orange peel; finely grated

1. Combine water and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook and stir just till
boiling. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur or vanilla. Beat cream in a
small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed
till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with
orange peel, if desired.

2. The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in
place of the Grand Marnier if desired

NOTES : Bittersweet chocolate usually has a more pronounced chocolate
flavor than semisweet.
