Recipe - Adas Pork Chops

6 Pork chops
A smear of oil
One fourth cup Onion soup mix
3 ounce Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cn (6 oz) (2/3 cup) evaporated
milk
Parsley for garnish
Trim fat off pork chops. Brown chops in oil in a heavy skillet. Drain off
any fat. Mix 1 cup water to onion soup mix. pour over the chops. Cover
skillet and simmer until chops are tender (4045 minutes).
Add evaporated milk and mushrooms to pan. Combine flour and One fourth cup cold
water. Blend into pan juices. Cook and stir under low heat until thick and
bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley.
