2 cup Cider Vinegar
24 ounce Beer
4 tablespoon Achiote Paste
2 tablespoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Granulated garlic
3 tablespoon Pequin Pepper Flakes
2 tablespoon Dry Mustard
One fourth cup Ground New Mexican Chile
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Cumin seed, Roasted and
ground
4 tablespoon Trappeys MexiPep or Tabasco
Or?
2 tablespoon Kosher salt
Mix all ingredients in a non reactive bowl. Use as a marinade or mop.
