Recipe - Absolute Best Baked Catfish

1 cup Fresh Parmesan cheese;
grated
One half cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Seasoned salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Egg; beaten
One half cup Milk
6 Catfish fillets
One fourth cup Butter; melted
1 Clove garlic; crushed
Paprika and black pepper

Mix well first 5 ingredients. Separately, mix well egg and milk. Dip fish
in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Put fish in greased 9x13inch
baking dish. Saute garlic in butter for 23 minutes; drizzle over fish;
sprinkle with paprika and pepper; bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or
until fish flakes.
