1 One half ounce Pernod
One half ounce Orgeat; (almond simple
syrup)
1 Egg white; (optional)
One half ounce Heavy cream
4 ounce Shaved ice
In freezer chill an oldfashioned glass until frosted. In a blender combine
all ingredients; process 5 seconds or until frothy. Pour into prepared
glass and serve
