2.00 tablespoon Wheat germ
2.00 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
1.00 teaspoon Salt
2.00 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1.00 tablespoon Mild molasses
0.75 cup Plus 1 T water
1 One half POUND LOAF
2.50 teaspoon Yeast
1.50 cup Whole wheat flour
1.50 cup Bread flour
0.25 cup Wheat germ
0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
1.50 teaspoon Salt
0.25 cup Oil
2.00 tablespoon Molasses
1.00 cup Plus 1 T water
VARIATIONS
0.50 cup Raisins OR
0.50 cup Walnuts; chopped OR
0.50 cup Apricots; chopped
Bake according to ABM directions.
