Recipe - Abm Foolproof Maple Oat Bread

One half tablespoon Yeast
1 One half cup Oats
3 cup Flour, bread
One half tablespoon Salt
One half tablespoon Dough enhancer; optional
3 tablespoon Oil
1 Eggs
One half cup Syrup, maple flavored
1 5/8 cup Water; warm
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock. Select "sweet bread" and push Start.
In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to 11/3 c.
Tested in DAK 1One half pound R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: a heavy,
dense, easy to slice bread. A little "wet," otherwise great!
