10 md Tart apples; pared,
cored; cut or sliced up (8 cups)
Three fourths cup Apple juice
One half cup Raisins
One half cup Honey
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
3 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
TOPPING
One half cup Quickcooking rolled oats
One half cup Whole wheat flour
One half cup Wheat germ
One half cup Shelled sunflowr seeds
One fourth cup Honey
4 tablespoon Butter or margarine; melted

(clipped from a magzine several years ago) Combine apples with juice,
raisins, One half cup honey, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Turn into an 11 by 7 One half by 1 One half inch baking pan. Combine topping
ingredients and mix well; spread the topping over the apple mixture. Bake
in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 810 servings.
