Recipe - A Berry Berry Good Cobbler

Categories: Dessert, A Berry Berry Good Cobbler
Ingredients:

Three fourths cup Sugar
1 One half cup Flour
3 ounce Butter; melted
1 pn Salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 Egg; beaten
1 cup Milk

Mix together above ingredients. Pour six cups fruit, fresh or frozen, in a
9x9inch baking pan. Sweeten the fruit to taste with sugar. Pour mixture
over fruit. Sprinkle lightly with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at
350 degrees 4550 minutes, or until the topping is cooked through. I have
used frozen blueberries, blackberries, and mixed fruits. Thinly cut or sliced up
apples would be good. Tonight's flavor will be peaches from our tree. My
favorite? Apricots, of course. Enjoy.
