Recipe - A Barbecue Sauce

1 cup Ketchup
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
One fourth cup White vinegar
One fourth cup Water
1 One half teaspoon Celery seed
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 Dash pepper
1 One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 One half teaspoon Prepared horseradish

1. Combine all ingredients in a 2quart glass casserole. Cover with
waxed paper.

2. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until hot; stir once.

Yield: about 1One half cups.
