Recipe - 9-Day Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

PART A
3 pound Cabbage (shredded)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Green pepper (finely
chopped)
2 cup Sugar

PART B
1 cup Vinegar
One half cup Salad oi
2 teaspoon Celery seed
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt

Combine all part "A" ingredients and let stand a few minutes until sugar is
dissolved.

Combine part "B" ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cool; then pour over
the cabbage mixture and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely Even freezes
well.
