Recipe - 7 Grain Bread

1 One fourth cup Milk ***; (see note)
3 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Shortening
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup White bread flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
Three fourths cup 7Grain Cereal
2 One fourth teaspoon Yeast

Put everything into the ABM pan according to your machine's directions.
Turn the machine on.

NOTES : 1 One fourth cups water and 1 One half Tablespoons Powdered milk may be used
instead of the fresh milk.
