Recipe - 7-Up Cake

1 Box yellow cake mix
1 Box instant pudding;
vanilla or pineapple
4 Eggs
Three fourths cup Oil
1 cn (10 oz) or 1 One fourth c. 7Up

PINEAPPLE ICING
2 Eggs
1 One half cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 Stick melted margarine
1 cup Crushed pineapple including
juice
1 One fourth cup Coconut

Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7Up and beat
well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350
degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five
ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is
still warm.
