Recipe - 7-Grain Oatmeal Cake

1 One half cup Butter; softened
3 cup Sugar
5 Eggs
1 cup 7up
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one
at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and 7Up alternately, mixing
well after each addition. Fold in lemon juice and vanilla. Bake in a
greased and floured 10inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool on
wire rack and remove from pan. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
