Recipe - 5-Bean Soup

2 tablespoon EDEN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves garlic; minced
1 md Onion; minced
3 Celery stalks; minced
2 Carrots; minced
1 md Potato; minced
One fourth cup Barley
4 cup Water
1 Bay leaf
15 ounce Can EDEN Pinto Beans
15 ounce Can EDEN Black Beans
Can EDEN Kidney Beans
Can EDEN Navy Beans
Can EDEN Aduki Beans
1 cup Corn, fresh or frozen
2 cup EDEN Spaghetti Sauce
One fourth cup EDEN Shoyu
(or more, to taste)
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dried basil
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until onion is translucent. Add
celery, carrots, potato, barley and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans,
corn, spaghetti sauce, shoyu, and herbs. Simmer 510 minutes. Serve.
