Recipe - 2 Quick Bbq Sauces

One half cup Onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Butter
One fourth cup Brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce; to taste
3 Cl Garlic; minced
1 cup Ketchup
One fourth cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Mustard
In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in a butter until tender. Add
remaining ingredients , bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 20
min. Use as a basting sauce for Pork, Chicken or Beef.
