Recipe - 2 Minute Chocolate Cake

4 ounce Castor sugar (granulated)
2 tablespoon (level) cocoa
1 pn Salt
2 ounce Melted butter
One half cup Milk
1 Egg
A little vanilla essence

Place all ingredients into a basin in the above order. Beat well for 2
minutes. Pour into a greased 7" cake tin. Bake for 3540 minutes in
moderate oven.
