Recipe - 15 Minute Soup (4 Points)

1 One half pound Extra lean ground beef
2 cn Minestrone soup
2 cn Tomatoes with green chilis
2 cup Pinto beans
2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper; to taste
Garlic powder; to taste
Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain on paper towel and add back
to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
Good served with cornbread.

NOTES : Variation #2: Don't add the ground beef makes a delicious veggie
soup for 1 point per serving! Black beans are a great substitute for the
pinto beans, also.
